BLG Logistics welcomes Alayah Hamlin as our new HR Generalist located in South Carolina!
Alayah brings over a decade of HR experience to BLG, with a strong background in recruiting, payroll & benefits, and employee engagement. She discovered her passion for HR while working as an assistant to the Vice President for Administration and Planning during her time at Francis Marion University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. That early experience sparked a career dedicated to building positive workplace culture—something Alayah will continue at BLG.
Alayah will be a reliable and trusted resource for both employees and leadership, promoting a culture where team members feel supported and valued. She's looking forward to building strong relationships across departments and making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
Outside of work, Alayah enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their 5-year-old daughter. She's also a certified car seat technician and helps new moms learn how to safely install their child car seats before leaving the hospital. A history enthusiast and fun-fact collector, Alayah loves to read and share interesting tidbits. (Did you know your foot is roughly the same length as your forearm?)
