Please welcome Aaron Hoffman, MBA, our new Human Resource Generalist in Ladson, SC.
Aaron was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and joined the United States Army at 17. He proudly served until his retirement in 2020, finishing his career as a Sergeant First Class (E-7). After his service, he pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management focused on Human Resources, graduate certificates in Project Management and Global Supply Chain Management, and an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management, graduating with distinguished honors.
With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Aaron was drawn to BLG because of its long history and commitment to its people. Growing up in a German American family, he had always heard of BLG’s reputation and knew this was the right opportunity for him.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys time with his wife and two sons. He also likes hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, working on cars, and academic pursuits.
Aaron looks forward to fostering teamwork in Ladson, bringing his skills and experiences to help the team grow, and building a workplace where everyone feels valued.
